I'm a big fan of the Kings of Mayhem series. I think with each one that the next book just won't measure up and yet somehow it does. This is the first book that moves away from the Calley brothers and deals instead with their younger sister, Chastity.
Chastity seems to have been well named, despite wanting to have had boyfriends and a sex life, being the youngest sister of three tough motorbikers and the niece of a club president, no man really wants to come to close. Since she was a young girl she has had a crush on Ruger, but he's never seen her as anything but a child.
This is an age gap relationship, there are sixteen years between Ruger and Chastity, but it still works really well and I really enjoyed reading about how the relationship developed between them. Although he has known her all of her life, it isn't creepy in any way and it's clear that he has never thought of her like that until she is older.
I loved this story and reading about Chastity and Ruger. This was a great addition to the Kings of Mayhem series. I hope that there's still more to come.
